Main Objective: The AM Student Ministry Leader is a catalyst for team building, providing visionary leadership for the Adams Mill Student Ministry. Beyond serving middle and high school students, they are responsible for recruiting, equipping, and developing volunteer leaders. They foster family spiritual health by developing student faith and equipping parents for discipleship.
Job Description:
- Drive the vision, direction, and strategic growth of the Adams Mill Student Ministry.
- Recruit, equip, and shepherd volunteer leaders who disciple students.
- Preach and teach in ways that are biblically faithful and culturally relevant.
- Create space for parent partnership and engage with your local community.
- Pastor, shepherd, and disciple the hearts and minds of students and leaders.
- Participate in weekend services through things like baptisms, announcements, or communion.
- Manage the annual ministry budget, including strategic planning and fiscal year submissions.
