Gospel Expansion Pastor

Main Objective: To strategically lead and develop Fellowship Greenville's (FG) Gospel Expansion, ensuring that the mission and vision of FG are carried out as part of the Organizational Team.
Job Description:
Gospel Expansion
- Provide leadership to all Gospel Expansion Efforts, including oversight of the Missional Impact Team.
- Ensure FG's Missions Partnerships are aligned with the Gospel Expansion strategy.
- Ensure mobilization efforts align with the Gospel Expansion strategy and FG's mission and vision.
- Provide oversight and lead in collaboration with the Upstate Church Collective team.
- Provide oversight of all expansion efforts with FG and the Upstate Church Collective.
- Oversee the Gospel Expansion staff, activities, and budget.
- Meet with team leaders regularly to motivate, encourage, and provide regular feedback.
Other
- Work with Executive Ministry leaders to support FG’s overall philosophy of ministry, objectives, and yearly goals.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Provide input in the development and implementation of new initiatives.
- Other functions or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Participate in ongoing programs for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.
- Read, attend conferences, seminars, and meetings to increase leadership ability.
- Be intentional in scheduling time for reflective thinking and planning as it pertains to ministry.

Job Status: Full Time, 40+ hrs/week Sun-Thurs, some nights and weekends
