As an SBP Advisor, you will be part of a team of two to four instructors leading a four-hour seminar for each of the five days during the week-long course. There are four courses throughout the year that you can choose to be a part of. The course is usually taught in the morning and then followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit the businesses of your class participants and get to know their specific situations and challenges in more detail. This is an opportunity to provide some specific consultation to them about their needs and questions. Evenings may consist of other activities or a chance to unwind, catch up on business back home and prepare for the next day. The week culminates with a lunch or dinner for the entire class, which might include their spouses. This trip is estimated to cost $3,000 with food, hotel, and airfare. - Talent/HR Management--March 30-April 3
- Finance Management--June 15-19
- Strategic Leadership--November 16-20
