Women's Conference 2019
Please join us for our two-day Women's Conference on Friday and Saturday, April 5-6, where we'll focus on what it means When God Writes Your Story.
As women, we often pour ourselves into the stories of those we love...and the stories of our husbands, children, and friends can easily overshadow what God is doing in our own lives. At this Conference, we'll explore the redemptive character of God who makes all things beautiful (Ecclesiastes 3:11), and consider how to live more fully in the story he is writing.
Our speaker is Beth Guckenberger, who serves with her husband as Co-Executive Director of Back2Back Ministries in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from Indiana University, the Guckenbergers moved to Monterrey, Mexico where they lived for 15 years. Between biological, foster, and adopted children, they have raised ten children. Beth is also the author of eight books and speaks at conferences around the country.
Beth's storytelling style draws from her experience as a missionary, Bible teacher, and parent.
In addition to Beth's sessions, we'll host three breakout sessions Saturday afternoon:
- Discovering Your Story through the Study of God’s BIG Story, led Anne Farnum
- The Stories We Tell Ourselves, led by Traci Newkirk
- Amen! Bragging on Jesus With Ease and Confidence, led by Carolyn Knefely
You will choose which breakout session you'd like to attend using a link on the last page of registration or through your confirmation email.
This conference will be held here at Fellowship Greenville in Auditorium One on Friday, April 5, 7-9pm, and Saturday, April 6, 9am-3pm. The cost is $30.
