WM Workshop: Body Image

In this Women's Ministry Workshop, we’re stepping into a conversation that many of us carry in silence. We’ll be exploring the topic of body image and how breaking free from the weight of shame can lead us to walk more deeply with Christ and live the life He’s called us to. Kathryn Davis, LPC, will be leading this interactive workshop for women. Together, we will move past the surface and look honestly at:

• Getting to the root of the struggle: What is body shame, and why is it so common?
• The Hidden Costs of Body Shame: Identifying why this area of our lives might deserve our attention
• Scriptural Truth: What God actually says about our design, our value, and our bodies.
• A Path Forward: Practical, grace-filled steps to walk in freedom and deeper wholeness
