I grew up in a family that goes to church, prays at home, and reads the Bible. We talk about what we learn at church or school, and we pray for the ambulances going by. Talking about God is something we normally do. 

Last summer, I went to South Mountain Christian Camp, where we talked about becoming a Christian. I started asking what it felt like to be God’s child, if it felt any different from being a regular kid. I wanted to know where you had to go and how to become a Christian. One night at bedtime, I wanted to ask Jesus into my heart because I wanted to become a Christian. I prayed with my Papa and Mommy in bed and confessed that I am a sinner, thanked Jesus for washing away my sins, and asked Him to come into my heart. 

I want to be baptized to show everyone that I am a Christian. Jesus is the one and only three-in-one God. Jesus loves me, and I am happy and excited to tell everybody.
