Student Small Group Coordinator The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and communications skill, works well in a team environment, and is passionate about investing in our next generation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience. Main Objective: Maintain healthy student culture through organization and vision of small groups, discipleship, and planning and execution of positive relevant events. Recruit, train, and equip leaders for student ministry. Job Description:Develop small groups for students and create opportunities for them to belong in communityFocus on the specific relational and discipleship needs of female high school studentsContinue to keep a pulse on the student culture Recruit and train small group leaders. Regularly communicate with them to cast vision, offer encouragement and support, and equip them with resources and/or training.Ensure that small group leaders have a current background check, are tagged in our database, and are provided with up-to-date child protection policies.
